HOON and Yours & Owls present: The Gong Crawl! A single-day music and creative arts festival showcasing the Illawarra’s established, emerging and youth artists in some of its best local venues.
This first-of-its-kind event will be split between six venues in the heart of the city. TGC will invite artists and audiences to connect (or re-connect) with people, places and spaces specific to Wollongong, and build bonds within our community through creativity and culture.
Twenty eight bands and performers from diverse genres and backgrounds will fill stages from as early as 3PM and play on late into the night, while over a dozen visual artists exhibit artworks across two galleries . Events will take place across both 18+ and all-ages venues, made available to all with no cost of entry.
The Gong Crawl is a celebration of Wollongong as a creative and cultural hub on the East Coast, uniting our incredible home-grown talent pool with strong interstate artists for an event that serves our city. It will be one of the largest live events to take place since the return of live shows in 2022.
